100% buckwheat noodles made with just water and buckwheat flour
This soba restaurant serves not-dry 100% buckwheat soba and tender duck dishes cooked using a vacuum process. |
The possibilities of soba and duck expand, and then there's mendi~~~~! ↑It's actually a good thing that he said it so shyly! (*´艸`) I wandered around and ended up here for a late lunch. In my head, I was planning on having some cold soba and Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) bowl, but unfortunately, it was getting late and they had run out of rice dishes (´;ω;)Ugh I changed my mind and went for a large portion of soba and a half bowl of Kamotetsu! First up, the Kamotetsu. Along with the slightly embarrassed shout, there was the aroma of mendi scorching on the hot plate. This smell also whets the appetite. Grill it a little. Then mix it with the sauce. Then the soba arrives. The soba itself was delicious, but the best thing about it was the soup. It was a little thin, but it left a lingering aftertaste. The soba soup was just the right consistency, making it a great way to finish off the meal! This time, I visited towards the end of the day so I couldn't get to eat what I was looking for, but I'd like to return again. Mendi again this time! (^^ゞ (。・`ω´・。)ゝIt's Gocchan.:゚+。★
