.... Our restaurant has been in business in front of Tokushima Station since the 1950s, and has a history of over 70 years. Of course, we continue to maintain the same flavor of our sauces as back then, and we use a variety of salts, including several types sourced from all over Japan, as well as rock salt from Egypt and Mongolia. We use the owner's 40 years of experience to serve our food carefully and wholeheartedly.
