Many people have expressed their concern to our company. Thanks to you, our company in Komatsu has not suffered any major damage and is safe. However, many of our brewers and employees who have ties to Noto are deeply saddened by this. Noto Town, where our master brewer Noguchi Naohiko lives, is adjacent to Wajima City and Suzu City, and also suffered severe damage. This time, we have decided to send a small portion of our sales as a donation to Noto Town, Noguchi's hometown. First of all, we would like to make a donation from our sales during the period until the sake brewing is finished and Noguchi returns to Noto Town. Inheriting the traditional techniques born in Noto, this sake has a special taste that has been handed down since ancient times. It is thin and easy to swallow, which is just my preference ✨ All the dishes were delicious, and the presentation and plates were cute.
