久しぶりに夜の銀座へ。
上海蟹のコースで気分も上々。
店内雰囲気は高級店？と疑問を持つレベル。
町中華より少し綺麗ではあります。
肝心なお味。
スタートから?の嵐。
最初のブリュレ、べったりのネットリ。
パリっと感はありません。
総合的に、とにかく塩味。かなりしょっぱい。
旨味は私には感じられませんでした。
一つとして美味しいと思えるものも無く。
コースとしては、
ずっと何を食べている？という感想。
そして上海蟹のコース？なのかという疑問。
金額的に勿体無く食べ進めましたが、限界到達。
少々残してしまいました。
接客でも料理の説明忘れがあったりと、
色々と金額に見合わぬ店かなと。
お店は本当に行って食べてみないと分かりませんね。
