新宿の有名中華「シェフス」で修行されたシェフが奥様と営まれる銀座のお店に初訪問。
元々は新宿三丁目にあったみたいですね。
店内はアットホームで和やかな雰囲気で居心地がいいです。
カウンター席のシェフスコース¥26400を頂きました。銀座ですがそんなに肩肘張らずに食事できるのは嬉しい。

創造性に富んだ唯一無二な中華が頂けました。
まさか月の輪熊を頂けるとはw
ただ、悪く言えば結構食べ歩いてる食の上級者じゃないと、価格帯的にもここのお店の本当の良さは分からない方は多そう。分かりやすく感動的に美味しいと感じる料理というより、どちらかと言うとどれも深みを感じる美味しさ。
