岐阜の名店、たか田八祥を経て日本料理晴山で料理長として振る舞われた佐藤寛幸大将の「贅沢な家庭料理」をコンセプトとした、
東銀座でカウンター5席のみのアットホームな日本料理店です。
店内の雰囲気も銀座のカジュアルな高級店の代表格といった柔らかいムードで、初めての人でも肩すじ張らず伺える、とても居心地の良いお店です。
一見、『うわあ、怖そう』と思う寛幸大将の風貌が途中からキュートで愛しくなります。
優しいんですよ、大将が。兎に角。
家庭料理でこれだけの贅を極めたお料理を食卓で毎晩、出す家庭は存在しないかと思いますが、なかなかどうしてまた食べたくなる。
そんな料理屋を目指されている好感度しかない素敵なお店でした。
ミシュラン獲得店ですが、二万円台のコスパを銀座の一等地で頂けて、重宝しそうです。
兎に角、緊張を和らげてくれますし、もはや一回行くとみんな友達なムードは最高です。

お隣の、初老の方と20代前半と思しき女性の会話に耳がひたすらダンボ。
泉ガーデンタワーで一番の不動産ディベロッパーを経営する親友と二人で和気藹々と歓談も楽しめて、非常に良いお店でした。

スペシャリテ。
のど黒とアサツキのお椀。
痺れる美味しさ。
3.太刀魚の焼き
この辺りから美味しくて会話も弾んでくる。
4.飛騨牛の黒毛和牛の玉葱ソース
旨いや。
5.白子と海鼠
黒いダイヤとして知られ、私も上海で食べた時は16万もしたナマコです。旨い！
6.上海蟹の春巻き
美味しい。
寛幸大将に、顔が怖いですと言うと
『ぼくゆるキャラです』素敵。
7.お食事
鰤の炊き込み土鍋ごはん。
ぶりは好きな魚です。美味しい。
8.デザート
キャラメリゼされた抹茶のお菓子
好感度しかない。
9.熱々のほうじ茶と持ち帰りのご飯
とっても美味しかったですよ、寛幸大将。
銀座にも多くの日本料理店がひしめく。
我々、日本人の原点は家庭料理にあります。
たか田八祥の流れを汲む、飛騨牛のお料理も出てきて、晴山の名大将だった貫禄も十分。
