First visit to Hiroyuki, a creative Japanese-style meal restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo. A small restaurant with 8 seats, run by a couple from Nagoya. The atmosphere is homely, but not bad. There are two courses: 22,000 yen and 27,500 yen, and this time I chose 22,000 yen.The food is said to be luxurious home-cooked food. It feels more like a delicious Japanese-style meal restaurant than a kappo restaurant. The food is simple and not too difficult, so it's a good restaurant for beginners to Japanese-style meal. However, in Osaka, I would expect a Japanese-style restaurant at this price, including the ingredients. The quality of the ingredients will probably be higher if you choose the higher course, but the cost performance is not very good due to the Tokyo Ginza price setting. This time's dish: Kobako crab and wild yam. Kano crab from Ishikawa, raw wood shiitake mushrooms and bowl of kinki mushrooms, grilled Kamasu overnight dried, Aichi-style eel kabayaki burger, fried scallops wrapped in seaweed, clouds and turnips with black vinegar sauce, Nagoya cochin and potatoes・Rice cooked with Himi yellowtail, radish, and sesame ・Strawberry and brûlée Rating 3.64 Budget 28,000 yen Reservations can be made online through Tabelog and are easy to make. It doesn't seem like they start all at once, so you can eat in about 2 hours.
