敷居が高くない最高の和食はどこか？
間違いなくこの店を挙げる。食材を丁寧に見抜き、食材を引き立たせる味付けを行う、まさに和食の真骨頂。
1年ぶりくらいに訪問。
雲丹もキンキも天然の鮎も飛騨牛も。
家庭料理とは絶対に呼ばせない。
特に美味しかったのが、長崎のイカ、枝豆、山椒をバター風味で味付けした炊き込みご飯。
バターの香りが広がりつつ、イカの甘みが鼻腔を通って脳内に広がる身体に馴染む感覚。
1つ1つのクオリティが非常に高い、接待には最高のお店。
2杯ほど飲んで、1人33000円。
コスパ的にはちょっと…と思うが、味と技を考えると納得。
お忍びで贅沢をしたい時にまた訪れたい。
