On Saturday, I visited Hiroyuki Hyakumeiten, a few minutes walk from Higashi Ginza Station. I learned from talking with the owner during my visit that he trained at the famous Gifu restaurant ``Takada Hassho'' and worked at the famous Japanese Cuisine restaurant ``Haruyama'' in Mita, Tokyo before opening this restaurant. It is said that it was done. I made a reservation in advance and visited at 6pm. The restaurant is very popular and is fully booked. It has an adult atmosphere typical of Ginza, a calm space, and is very nice. This time I ordered the 22,000 yen course. ① Tuna and wasabi greens A combination of the redness of extremely fresh tuna and the wasabi greens hidden underneath, mixed with plum meat. This is a great combination, and you'll want to keep eating more and more, and you'll feel satisfied from the first item. ②Kinki Bowl A soup topped with plenty of finely chopped green onions. The texture is plump, very soft and delicious. The gentle seasoning of the soup stock and the aroma of small onions bring out the flavor of the Kinki ingredients. ③ Grilled real trout Eat real trout with parmesan cheese and lemon. I was surprised at how elegant the grilled fish was when combined with the rich aroma and salty taste of Parmesan. ④Shiitake mushroom burger A burger with shiitake mushrooms sandwiched between cute sized buns. Shiitake mushrooms were thicker than I had ever eaten before, had a springy texture, had a nice aroma, and were as satisfying as eating Hamburger. It's exquisite. ⑤Cold Levanilla There is no liver odor at all, and you can instantly tell that it is fresh and carefully processed. I especially loved the taste, and it was a new discovery that it was so delicious when combined with the soft-finished Gyōja garlic and the eel. ⑦ Deep-fried flat shellfish wrapped in nori Seaweed rolls Flat shellfish have a firmer texture than scallops, and the umami that you feel with every bite will make you want to eat it all the time. ⑧ Hida beef cooked rice A side dish. A dish made by mixing low-temperature-cooked Hida beef with rice cooked in an earthenware pot. It's the best! The deliciousness you can feel from its appearance even exceeds your expectations when you eat it. The richness of the Hida beef, the sweetness of the fat, and the texture and aroma of the burdock combine with the rice to make you want to gulp it down. After ordering a large portion, I received a refill. You can get the leftovers as souvenirs, which is a great service! ⑨ Amaou ice cream The rich sweetness of Amaou and just the right amount of sourness combine to create Ice cream with a strong Amaou flavor. You can clearly see that they put a lot of effort into the desserts. ⑩Drink For beer, I ordered Master's Dream. Although I didn't order it this time, they had a selection of famous sake from the Chubu region. While you will be surprised and discover something new with the unique items, you will also feel the familiarity and security of home-cooked meals. The food made me feel so relieved and I was filled with happiness. At the end, I had a leisurely chat with the shop owner and his wife. He was very personable and the conversation was fun, making it a very enjoyable environment. Considering that you can enjoy high-level food and customer service despite being in the prime location of Ginza, I felt that the cost performance was quite good. This is a restaurant that I would definitely like to visit again.
