美味しいのどぐろが食べたい時は「中俣」へ！
私にとって、高級魚のどぐろが、身近に、更に美味しく食べられるようになったお店です。
今回は、東銀座近くの店舗に初めて伺いました。
こちらの店舗はカウンターも広く、とても清々しい店内。
美味しい旬の食材を満喫できる、10,000円のコースをお願いしました。
●焼き野菜盛り合わせ

どれもしっとりと水分を含んで甘いです。
お塩や柚子胡椒で頂きます。
●お刺身五点盛り合わせ
・天然生本鮪 鳥取/境港
・ボタン海老 青森/小泊

・真鯛 大分/豊後水道
のどぐろだけでなく、他の魚介類の美味しさが抜群なのも凄いトコ！
お刺身も楽しみに伺いましたが、
その期待を超える位に絶品！
鮪はやま幸さんのものでトロトロ♪
ボタン海老はプリプリに甘い！頭は揚げて頂きましたが、パリパリでこれも好き！

食べやすいように捌いてもらった大きな毛蟹！たっぷりの量を食べることが出来ました。
味噌も甘くて美味！
●のどぐろ塩焼き 長崎/対馬
とても大きく脂がのっています。
しっとりホロホロと火が入り、脂がとても甘い！
やっぱり、のどぐろ美味しいな〜♪
楽しみにしていたのどぐろを満喫しました。
●自家製薩摩揚げ
中俣の自家製薩摩揚、お気に入りです。
●キンキ煮付け 北海道/根室
メインになるような大きな煮付け。
ぷりっとした身に、出汁がしっかりと染みて
ほっと和む味。お豆腐にも味が染みてトロトロ。
●本鮪中落ち軍艦巻き 鳥取/境港
お刺身でいただいた鮪の中落ちを軍艦巻で。
たっぷりと載った鮪が贅沢〜！
●魚汁
鰤の旨味をしっかりと堪能できる味わい。
●メロン 静岡
しっかり甘くて美味しいメロンでした。
ワインのセレクトもお手の物で、
お刺身に合わせていただいた白が特に美味しく、気に入りました。
お料理が出来上がる包丁捌きを見ながら過ごせるカウンターは
お食事をいただく以外の楽しみも加わり、格別な空間。
