地下鉄「東銀座駅」から徒歩1分、三原橋ビル地下1階にある「とらふぐ専門店」です。
2020年8月オープンの店内は総席数40席の小型店舗。
厨房に2名、ホールに3名のフォーメーションで切り盛りしていました。
今回オーダーしたのはランチメニューの「日替わり鮮魚のブツ丼 1000円」。
