「参燦々」さんは、銀座に新しくオープンした和の創作料理が楽しめるお店。
知人の紹介で来店しました！
フルコースを注文、
料理に合わせたお酒をペアリングしてもらいましたがこれがとてもよかったです！
料理とお酒の相性がバッチリで、一層料理の味わいが引き立ちました。
日本酒の三種類飲み比べもさせていただきましたが、
それぞれに個性があり、味わいの違いを楽しむことができました。
普段日本酒を飲まない私でも飲みやすくとても美味しかったです！
特に印象に残った料理は、
本ししゃものフリット、キャビアケーキ、和牛ヒレ炭火焼き 奈良漬のシャリアピンソース、土鍋ご飯でした。
どれも美味しく、特に和牛ヒレ炭火焼きは肉の旨味がたっぷりで、
奈良漬のシャリアピンソースが絶妙なアクセントになっていました。
また、ワインやシャンパンによって専用のグラスが用意されており、
こういったのは初めての経験でした。
グラスの形状によって、香りや味わいが変わることを知って、とても興味深く感じました。
その中でも特に美味しかったのが、デュヴァルルロワ ブリュットでした。
スッキリとした味わいで、料理との相性も抜群！
料理もお酒も素晴らしく、また訪れたいと思いました。
