三越前から二重橋前に移転してきた、人気の島根料理のお店。
以前三越前に伺ってここ何を食べても美味しいということで、移転の情報を聞いて早速予約。
基本何を食べてもハズレなし、なのだがまずは究極の血抜き「津本式」を施された刺身盛り合わせを食べてほしい。これが絶品。
あとこの日は生牡蠣もあったので頂く。プリっとした身で最高。
穴子の湯引きも島根のもの。これもさっぱりと旨い。
最後は鯖しゃぶ。
この鯖は刺身でも食べられる。鯖の刺身が食べられるのもまたここの大きな特徴。鮮度が良いことが伺える。
しゃぶしゃぶの出汁がうますぎでグイグイ飲んでしまう。笑
またゆっくりと今度は宴会か会食でお邪魔したいとと思います。
