日本橋にお店があった時以来、カミさんと来たっきりだから、10数年ぶりの主水さん。
丸の内の地下で、何が食べられるかと散策していたら、主水さん。
見たら、さばが食べたくなり主水さんへ。
さばのがいな丼。
久しぶりすぎて、食べ方マニュアルを見ながら。
まずは、そのまま。
次に、豆腐と大根おろしに、がいな丼のタレ。
次々に、ねぎとわさび菜。
そして、塩昆布に出汁をかけて。
4回楽しみました。
わさび菜の香りとアクセントがいい。
塩昆布と香りいい出汁が、すっごくいい。
おいしかった。
