平日ランチで利用しました。
オフィスビルの地下ということもあり、お昼はサラリーマンで賑わっています。
10~15分ほど並んで入店できました。
このお店は島根料理をコンセプトとしたお店のようです。
島根には行ったことがないのですが、鯖が有名なのでしょうか、鯖推しメニューです。
日本海側というとこもあり、海鮮推しでもあります。
今回は、「桶盛り海鮮がいな丼(1,400円)」を注文！
ぶつ切りのお刺身が乗った海鮮丼で、出汁茶漬けにしても食べられます✨
【がいな】とは、島根の方言で、大きい・すごいという意味のようです。
海鮮いっぱい！という感じと理解しました笑
ランチでお刺身系のメニューが食べられるお店は割と貴重なので有難いです。
今度は別のメニューも試してみたいです(๑･̑◡･̑๑)
