友人が新橋で美味しいお店があると言っていて以前から食べログでも人気が高く気になっていたので行ってみました。
お刺身は身がぷりぷりで、オニカサゴ、ホウボウ、ハタ、マトウダイ、赤イサキの５点盛りで2000円弱ほどで毎日日替わりで珍しいお魚を中心に仕入れてさばいてるようです。
身もプリプリで美味しく、初めて食べた魚ばかりでテンション上がりました！
その日は日替わりの「ゆず塩」と「紅葉おろしとポンズ」で美味しいお刺身を食べました。
季節のメニューの「地鶏の柚子塩焼き」がジューシーでとても美味しかったです。
岩中地豚の西京みそ炙り焼きはお肉が柔らかい
出汁巻卵もふわふわで柔らかく明太子も一本乗って豪快でおいしかった。
白レバーの焼き鳥も半熟とろとろでおかわりしました。希少部位の美味しい焼き鳥もいろいろありました。
その他の料理もどれも安くて美味しく、内装も落ち着いていてとにかくオシャレなのでぜひ行ってみてほしいです、気づいたら居心地よく４時間いました笑
店員さんも親切でよかったです、また行きたいと思います。
