先日、夕方のテレビ番組で獺祭が500円で飲めたり、日本各地から来店されるお店として特集されていたので気になって行ってみました。
新橋で美味しい焼き鳥や焼き豚のお店は沢山ありますが、ここは特に種類も豊富で焼き加減も絶妙です。
地鶏の炙り焼きは皮がパリッと中はジューシーな焼き加減で日本酒がすすめます。
「カシラ串の辛みそ串」は濃厚な肉汁と辛みそが口の中に広がり1人で３本も追加注文してしまいました笑
「タコとアボカドのわさび醤油マリネ」はタコもプリプリで濃厚なわさび醤油のからんだアボカドとの組み合わせがいいです。
「ブラータチーズのカプレーゼ」はとろりとしたチーズが生バジルと絡んで皮をむいたトマトと合ってすごく美味しいです
地酒の日本酒や焼酎などお酒の種類もいろいろあってどれも安かったです
お店の雰囲気がとても居心地よかったです。安くて居心地いいと時間を忘れて安心して酔えますね笑
ハツのたたきやキノコが香るのリゾットなど日替わり料理もあり、８人で利用したのでたくさん料理を頼みました。
料理、雰囲気、明るさ、独特な感性と居心地の良さ、気取らずに親近感の沸くような…説明ヘタですが、また違う友達連れて行きたいお店でした。
