希少部位のお刺身や
美味しい焼き鳥を楽しめるお店。
本日のおまかせ珍魚刺し盛りは
天然マダイ､マコガレイ､クロソイ､
キビレ､カツオの5種類。
聞いた事もないお魚があって
すごく新鮮やった。
サイズが小さかったり､
トゲや骨が多かったり、
捌くのが大変やったりするから
珍魚って食べられるお店が少ないらしい。
朝獲れのものやから鮮度抜群。
1切れが大きめで食べ応えがある。
お店のおすすめの食べ方は
藻塩とすだち､生搾り醤油とすだち､
ポン酢と紅葉おろし。
普通に醤油で食べるのもいいけど
おすすめの食べ方で食べると
噛む事に素材の味が引き立つ。
1人で5種類4切れずつ食べたんやけど
飽きることなく食べれたし
ぷりぷり食感が癖になり
むしろもっと食べたかったくらい。
焼き鳥は職人が毎日串に刺しとる。
盛り合わせ内容は
白レバー、チレアブラ、
砂肝、ねぎまの4種類。

半熟とろっとろでクリーミー。
舌の上でとろけてたまらん。
チレアブラも賞味期限3分！
噛むと旨みと甘みが
口の中いっぱいに広がる。
程よい脂でお酒と合いすぎて最高。
自家製の甘さと辛さのバランスが良い
継ぎ足しのタレが絶妙。
他にも色んな串があり
焼き色に塩加減も
ちょうど良すぎるから
幸せすぎた。
岩中地豚の炙り焼きは
岩手県産の豚肉で､
非常に柔らかい。
そしてジューシーで程よい甘みがある。
脂身がすごいけど
くどすぎず､さっぱりと食べることが出来る。
わさびと藻塩の2種類で
違う味わいを楽しめるのも良き。
自家製半熟明太しそ出し巻き卵は
注文をしてから丁寧に
巻き上げてくれる。
ぷるんぷるんっと揺れ、
とろっとろ半熟のだし巻き。
上に明太子が乗っとるだけでも
ビジュがいいのに、
ナイフで切ってみると
中からも明太子登場。
嬉しいサプライズすぎる。
一つ一つの料理に
こだわりを感じた。
また店内はサーカスタイガーや､
迫力のあるライオンなどの
様々な装飾されており、
サーカス気分を味わえる。
