高知料理なので、カツオメインですね。
珍味も美味しいです。酔鯨など、高知の日本酒と合わせて美味しくいただきました。
中でも絶品なのが、ウツボのしゃぶしゃぶです。特に皮の柔らかさがたまらないですね。小骨が一切なく、とても美味しくいただきました。
