魚が美味しいと言われてホイホイついてったら
こちらにたどり着きました。
雰囲気は綺麗な居酒屋さん。
うるさくなくて居心地よく、かといって
銀座だけど肩肘張らなくていい空気です。
まずここの売りっぽい鰹！
ミョウガと合わせたサラダ風をいただきます。
臭みがなく、身がねっとり、しっかりとした味。
これは値段の割にはレベルが高いです。
そしてノドグロの焼き、脂がのってて最高です。
また珍しいのがウツボのしゃぶしゃぶ！
ウツボなんて初めて食べました〜。
コリコリしてて美味しい。
淡白ですが野菜との相性はいいです。
鶏南蛮も食べてたのであっさりしてていい。
いい経験ができました。
ここはきっと何を頼んでも美味しそうな予感。
カツオは特にオススメです。
