大丸東京12Fにあるフレンチレストランです。
お洒落で雰囲気良く、眺めの良い店内です。
休日のお昼に予約して訪問しました。
「ブラッスリー」は「ビストロ」に比べよりカジュアルで大衆的なお店を意味します。

・北海道産グリーンアスパラとポーチドエッグ ベーコンのクリスティアン
→カリッカリでクリスピーな食感のベーコンが美味。グリーンアスパラは立派で、瑞々しく食感も良かったです。マヨネーズベースのソースがかかっていました。

→リエットは少しカレー風味。バゲットはクラストがカリッと香ばしいです。

・スペイン産イベリコ豚肩肉のロティ トマトとシェリーのソース 蛤のエキス
→ミルクの泡の表現が素敵。トマトの甘みが効いたソースで、豚肉の旨味とマッチしていました。

→表面はシュガーがパリッと焼かれて香ばしいです。優しい味わい。
