大手町のパレスビルにて魚ランチ。
青森県八戸市の金剛グループが唯一東京に出店してるのがこちら。
干物の定食か海鮮の丼が充実のランチメニュー。
そこらの居酒屋ランチより少し高めの価格帯ではあります。
注文したのは週替わり定食（ホッケの干物）。
ご飯お代わり無料。
小鉢２つにホッケの半身。
半身とはいえさすがに大きい。
干物といえば旅館の朝食に出てくるカラッカラの乾いたイメージですが、こちらソフトに仕上がってます。
旨みは閉じ込めつつ、身はふっくら。
後日、店名にもなっているきんきの干物定食を注文。
週替わり定食より高価格ではあるものの、刺身が付いてきた。
この刺身がかなり残念だったのでここで海鮮丼を頼むことはないでしょう。
きんきの干物はホッケ以上にふっくらみずみずしい。
ぷりっとした食感に良い塩加減。
刺身無しでもう少し安ければ再訪したい。
そういえば八戸で食べたきんきの煮付け旨かったなぁ。
夜メニューにはあるのかなぁ。
絶品とは言わないけれど、なかなか旨い干物が食べられるランチでした。
