Food 2024 [Summer Party] Enjoy Tosa's Local Cuisine
There are three types of courses where you can enjoy Local Cuisine, including the famous straw-grilled bonito tataki, ``Seasonal Okyaku Course,'' ``Fisherman's Okyaku Course,'' and ``Okyaku Enjoyment Course.'' Every plan has luxurious contents with a selection of special items! The "Enjoyable Course" is a recommended plan where you can taste and compare the signature menu, bonito tataki. Spend some time having fun while enjoying authentic cuisine full of Kochi's blessings. As an option, you can add seared bonito for an additional 500 yen and all-you-can-drink sake for an additional 1000 yen!!

The interior of the store has an eye-catching wall with a depiction of a bonito fishing scene. The space makes use of wood and has a warm atmosphere surrounded by gentle lighting. There are 90 seats in total. The counter seats are special seats where you can see straw grilling up close, which is hard to see anywhere else! The fragrant smell whets the appetite. We also have clean, sturdy tables and semi-private rooms with sunken kotatsu tables where you can stretch your legs and relax. Please use it for a variety of occasions, such as drinking parties after work, dates, girls' night out, welcome and farewell parties.

All of Myojinmaru's straw-grilled salt tataki are made using the ``yakiri'' method, which starts grilling with straw after an order is placed.◎The bonito is lightly grilled until the skin becomes crispy, and the bonito is immediately cut into pieces while still hot before the heat gets to the inside. , is the tataki that allows you to enjoy the most delicious bonito! Also, a supporting role that makes the delicious bonito even more delicious is ``sun-dried salt from Kuroshio Town, Kochi Prefecture.'' The natural deep flavor of sun-dried salt made by drying using only the heat of the sun and the power of natural wind brings out the flavor of the bonito.

Kochi Prefecture is home to many sake breweries. Our store carries a wide variety of sake produced in Kochi. We have about 11 types of Japanese sake and 6 types of shochu. We offer Japanese sake by selecting local sake that matches the seasons: spring, summer, fall, and winter. There are also chuhai and Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) made with Kochi's specialties, such as pomelo, yuzu, ginger, and konatsu. The fruity taste is also recommended for women. We also have sake that goes well with straw-grilled bonito tataki, so please take this opportunity to enjoy it.
