Shun Miyahara, who spent many years honing his skills at Ginza Koju, led by Toru Okuda, and worked as the head chef at Ginza Okuda and Paris Okuda, opened his own restaurant in Nihonbashi. We offer seasonal cuisine in a comfortable space with 8 counter seats.

Using the best ingredients of the season, we present modern Japanese Cuisine with clever combinations and culinary tastes. We use natural water from Kiso, Nagano Prefecture for our soup stock and dishes. The soup stock made with mellow water has a deliciousness that permeates your mind and body, and the flavor and depth of each dish, including the bowl, is impressive. The charcoal-grilled lean Wagyu beef is also exquisite.
