アペリティフはシャンパン
アミューズは小魚のフリットに季節の地野菜
珍しい紅菜藻に防風は芹のような風味
オードブルはホワイトアスパラ
自分で作るミモザソース
たんぽぽの葉のような野菜はピッサンリ
独特の苦味が春を感じる
ポワソンは鯛
皮目はカリッと身はしっとり
ガルニチュールもすごく歯応えが良く美味しい
そしてソースが絶品！
ブールが瞬く間に半分消える笑
ロティはColvert(青首鴨)
丸っと一羽分なので脚部分は爪先までカリッと
腿は歯応えのあるtheお肉
ロースは言わずもがなジューシーで旨みが溢れてくる
当然ソースも絶品で連れのブールを分けてもらうほど♬
カルバドスを食後酒にいただきました
デセールはソルベとサバラン
普段は食べないお砂糖は脳と身体に染み渡る
エスプレッソで〆て自家製のマカロンまで
シェフとソムリエールの心地よい接客と暖かな雰囲気の店内含めて大満足でした
