数年前から評判は聞いていたものの、なかなか
訪問のタイミングがなく、ぐずぐずしてたら
あっという間に予約困難店になっていたトロムペット
さんにお誘い頂き、遂に伺うことができました！
こちらはアラカルトでの提供ですが、
今回は常連さんの貸切会ということで、
お気に入りのメニューに＋して、黒板メニュー
にはないカラスミパスタもいただきました。
アミューズのバケットに乗った豚のリエットを
頂いて、塩加減が強すぎずちょうど良かったので
私好みかもという予感が。
極太のホワイトアスパラガスは1人2本で、
オランデーズソースの美味しいこと！
続く帆立貝柱とキノコ山芋の香草バター焼きは
作っている時から芳しい香りがお店中に充満
していましたが、これまたソルトバランスが完璧で
めちゃめちゃ好みでした。
あと頂いたのはものは
・ホタテとウニのムース詰め真鯛のパイ包焼き
・岩手産単角牛のタルタル ブッラータ
フライドポテト添え
・カムイ豚のリブロース カツレツ(裏メニュー)
・カラスミパスタ
になります。
いずれも映えて美味しいお料理でした。
すでに年内満席の理由がよーく分かりました。
