【ジビエ串ニューバクロ】
・東京 : 馬喰町駅から徒歩1分位
・予算 : ￥6,000～￥7,999
躻さんでたらふく飲み食いした後にワニやカンガルー、ラクダにヌートリア等世界中の珍しいジビエがいただけるという「ジビエ串ニューバクロ」さんではしご酒。
お腹いっぱいだったのですがワニやカンガルー、ラクダ、鹿のジビエ串と、名物だという生ピーマンの猪肉詰め、ラムの生ハムにワインボトルを1本注文しましたが、ジビエ串どれも臭み等は無かったですしさっぱりしていましたが、特徴的な味や違い等は特に無かったのと食べたかったヒグマが無かったのが少し残念( ；∀；)
その代わり生ピーマンの猪肉詰めとラムの生ハムは味や塩味が強めではありましたが赤ワインとピッタリでした！
ゆっくり赤ワインを嗜んでいると最後に美味しい一品を注文したくなり、間違いなさそうな鹿スネ肉の赤ワイン煮込みを注文。
こちらも味付けは強めでしたが、鹿のスネ肉がほろほろで柔らかく〆には良かったです。
またジビエ以外のメニューも豊富で朝方までお店が営業しているのも魅力の1つのようですね★☆
いろんなジビエがリーズナブルにいただけいい経験になりました。
