目の前で調理風景を見ることのできる席もあり。開放感のある店内だった。
石川グループとのことで安心して楽しめた。
初めて伺った、まだオープン1ヵ月たっていないお店。
シェフを始めスタッフ全員の前向きな熱意がひしひしと感じられた。これから更に進化されることを期待し、今回は気付いた点を記しておきたい。
