"Jinen." is a French cuisine Restaurants located in a quiet residential area in Shibuya Ward. I was interested in the restaurant when it opened in September 2021, and a last-minute slot was opened, so I stopped by for lunch. The sunlight shining through the greenery and the murmuring water make you feel as if you have entered Ryokan from the entrance. Get excited with the table decorations that are perfect for Christmas✨ ■Cheers with Champagne⭐︎Eric Rodez Champagne Grand Cru Ambonnay Cuveedes Crayeres Robust and sharp taste ■Pheasant soup Pheasant soup with a slight scent of yuzu ■Caviar with apples Scallop jelly ■Christmas present chicken from the chef The batter was so strong that it spilled all over the place lol.The kind hostess asked me to grab it by hand without worrying ■White wine Ratzenberger Bacharacher Riesling Brut Soft foam with a hint of fruit ■Specialite Cauliflower 200~ Sauteed over and over again using 300g of butter, it has a wonderfully gentle and hearty flavor.It also goes well with risotto. ■Palate cleanser Tea and lemon sorbet Pour over pear brandy ``Poire'' Even though it's a sorbet, it's almost sweet. Simple and refreshing ■Seared Spanish mackerel from Fukuoka, Garlic chrysanthemum sauce, served with Kujo green onions.The proprietress is wearing a nice French cuisine and all the staff have stylish short hair, as it is a French restaurant created by the Ishikawa Group.It feels like you are at a Japanese restaurant. ■Red wine Chateau Haut Bages Liberal in Pauillac, Haut-Médoc area For the main course, we chose Ezo deer or Japanese mallard duck, which is recommended for first-timers. ■Ezo deer The deer was smoked with German spruce and grilled over charcoal, and the aroma that wafted through the air was amazing...The deer was killed by a professional female hunter who had been hunting with her father since she was a child. It's not overloaded, has no odor, and is surprisingly soft and rich.
