246号線から少し奥まったエリアにある隠れ鮨店。
扉を開けると鮮やかな赤い壁、その壁に描かれたストリート系絵画、DJブースと、自分の持つ「鮨屋」のイメージとは違う雰囲気。
ランチをカウンターでいただく。
〜羽釜ご飯と刺身定食(1650円)〜
目の前で、Tシャツにタトゥーとクロムハーツの大将が、美しい包丁で刺身を作っていく。おひつに入ったご飯も丁寧にふんわりとお茶碗へ。
お膳には刺身が5種(サーモン、鯛、鰤、鮪中とろ大トロ)、温かい汲み上げ豆腐、釜揚げしらす、漬物3種、青のり味噌汁とホカホカのご飯。
お刺身は全く臭みなく、それぞれの食感の違いも楽しめる。丁寧に仕込がされたのだろう。
温かい汲み上げ豆腐は卓上の塩をぱらり。豆の甘味が濃い美味しいお豆腐！
そしておかずに合う羽釜炊きご飯の美味しいこと！ついおかわりをしてしまった。
お店の雰囲気は好みを選ぶかもしれないけれども、
美味しいものを食べてもらいたいという大将の気持ちが所作等からも伝わってくる感じ。
厳つさとのギャップにときめいてしまった、美味しいランチでした！
