当日食べログ予約でカウンター席を18時半に確保できて初訪問。空いているかと思いきや、19時にはカウンターもテーブルも満席でした。当日予約がこの日は多かったようです。
この季節の富山の食材は愉しい筈でわくわくです。黒板のメニューから大将にお勧めを選んでもらうお任せコース。どれも美味しそうなので、豆系とサザエは苦手と伝えて完全にお任せにしました。
前菜の甘々トマトから虎河豚白子とナマコ、蛍烏賊等のお浸しなど、お酒に合う料理が出てきます。全体的に、料理をしっかり食べるというよりはお酒に合わす感じ。好き嫌いは分かれそう。しめの河豚雑炊まで私は美味しくいただきました。
メインの日本酒は、栗林→ 角右衛門→廣戸川→黒龍クリスタルドラゴン・龍・しずく生酒と飲み続けました。秋田の栗林・角右衛門、旨旨。黒龍値段高めの3種呑みましたが、やはり私はクリスタルドラゴンが好き。京都の櫻川さん以外で初めて呑めました。
