恵比寿駅から5分程歩いたところ、住宅街の1階にひっそりとあります。
外観は飲食店ビルでガラス張りの入り口なのでわかりやすい。
店内に入ると白を基調としたお洒落で落ち着く空間となっていました
先客2人1組が居ましたが少し離れていたので隣近所の会話は聞こえないので気になりませんでした。
今回いただいたのは↓↓コース料理
・ＡＩＤＡ風カヌレ レバームースを添えて
カリジュワで美味しかった。レバームースも程よく甘みがありよかった。
・ＡＩＤＡスペシャリテ 季節の野菜パフェ
野菜のパフェはスペシャリテなだけあってボリューム感ありました。
これだけでお腹いっぱいになりそうな感じも有りましたが…
パフェなので冷たいです。もう少し味に刺激のインパクトがあると良いかも？
・鮪のスモーク 春の庭園仕立て
春野菜をたっぷり使用していて鮪のスモークにタルタルソースと良く合いました。
・海老新庄とそら豆団子 オマールコンソメの餡
名前の通りの品物、私的にはあんまり…だったかな？
・仔羊のロースト バルサミコとクミンのソース
こちらにも沢山の野菜が使われており焦がしクミンと仔羊も合い美味しかった
滑らかな味わいでバルサミコクミンのソースが刺激を与えていました
・鴨ひき肉と胡桃のカッペリーニ 山椒の刺激
器いっぱいのカッペリーニ(笑)とても多く感じましたが
締めに良い山椒の刺激でした。鴨ひき肉の担々麵のようなイメージですかね？
わりと濃いめの味付けです。
・チーズテリーヌ 紅茶のジュレ 清見オレンジのソース ヨーグルトアイス
最後はさっぱり。チーズテリーヌはまた美味しかった
清見オレンジソースも良かったですしヨーグルトアイスもさっぱりしていて締めに良かったです。
スタートにシャンパーニュをいただき、途中白ワインをボトルでいただきました。
BREAD＆BUTTER 2人で1本です。
値段の割に量が多かったのでコスパは良いと思います。
