鮮魚が美味しい、しかもお寿司もいただけるということで友達とお邪魔しました。
靴を脱いであがり、カウンターへ。
この席のセレクト、大正解でした。
職人さんが笑顔で迎えてくださり、とてもリラックスできる雰囲気です。
お通しがお刺身、は新鮮な驚きでした。
しかもバランスのよい赤身と白身の組み合わせ。
サラダや炒め物は想像以上に量が多いので、いろいろ種類を食べたいときは先にどのくらいの量か確認したほうがいいかもしれません。

飲み物はほぼ日本酒。
『山本』『三千盛』など。
一合の半分の量からお願いできるので、銘柄違いを飲み比べるのも一興。
職人さんが好みに合う日本酒を選んでくださいました。
飲食店は味が大きなポイントですが、こちらのお店はスタッフの皆様の笑顔が素晴らしかったです。
「忙しくなるとテンションあがる」という寿司職人さん。
多忙になるとピリピリした雰囲気になってしまうお店もあるなか、落ち着いて食事できるのは嬉しい限り。
泪巻きが美味しくてラストオーダーのあとにダメ元でお願いしたら快く追加してくださり有難うございました。
ネット予約は2名～なのですが、おひとり様でも電話予約ならOK。
☆満席の場合は難しいかな。
カウンターでお寿司と日本酒。
おつまみも充実しているのでいろいろな楽しみ方が出来そうです。
恵比寿駅の東口からエスカレーターを降りて右方向（目黒方面）へ。
そのまま1階まで行ってしまうと迷子になります。
