I stopped by to try the 7th anniversary course! Let's start with Jabu Shabu Yukhoe! The texture is like it melts with the egg yolk... it's irresistible... Next up is the wagyu beef pie cavyukke, which you should eat in one bite! I enjoyed the taste of each ingredient mixing in my mouth! It's big and takes courage, but everyone should take a bite! ! ! (LOL) Grilled Wagyu sirloin Sukiyaki I wonder if there can be such a luxurious Sukiyaki... It melted in my mouth. Next is salt. You can enjoy 2 types: specially selected thick-sliced tongue → lemon and specially selected lean Japanese beef → garlic sauce. Assorted kimchi and namul for a chopstick break♪ Next is Ushimitsu's specialty! Brioche cutlet sandwich with carefully selected fillet! The sauce is also homemade and delicious... The last meat is sauce-based Carefully selected fillet → Ushimitsu sauce Carefully selected lean Wagyu beef → Yuzu soy sauce sauce Carefully selected lean Wagyu beef → Egg yolk flavored sauce I enjoyed 3 types of this! The finale is also a famous dish! Ultimate Ushimitsu rice (can be changed for an additional 2500 yen) Sea urchin, crab, salmon roe, and wagyu beef! Best visual! There's no way that four delicious things can taste bad when mixed together... I had Ushimitsu Monaka ice cream for dessert and headed home. It was a very satisfying course!
