優しい味付け。フェラーリのワインとのマリアージュ最高。最初から気分が上がります。
≪魚介のサラダ仕立て≫
スダチ薫るハマチのサラダ仕立て
→はまちの出汁が下の方にあるのでパンをつけながら食べる
≪スペシャリテのグラタン≫
ブロッコリーとゴルゴンゾーラのグラタン
→ クスクスなどいろんな野菜、
長時間煮込んでる。
ゴルゴンゾーラのチーズからコクが出てて美味しい。
大量の野菜からの
野菜の旨みが出て美味しい。

牛ホホ肉のコンフィ
→お肉が低温36時間煮込んだとのこと。ほろほろ外はカリッと。

もう一つは黒トリュフが入ったタレッチオが入ってる。しっかりとした味。
黒トリュフの香りと塩加減、タレッジョのもっちりとした食感が絶妙なバランスで魅了してくれます。
