★店内に入るや否やいい香りが、、、
牛筋カレーはとんでもなくドロドロほろほろになった牛筋が驚くほど入っている
長時間ワインで煮込まれてスパイスとトマトなのかな？甘み酸味の塩梅がとんでもなく最高
一緒につくキャロットロペなんかの副菜も、酸味、甘み、触感がちょうどよくなんか、、おいしすぎじゃない？？
トッピングにはチキンフリットを。ザクザクの衣はスパイシーとつくだけあってしっかりとパンチがありお肉もめちゃジューシー。
SNSで牛ザブトンのトッピングをよく拝見して一緒に行った子に一枚いただいたのだけど、さすがビストロ。てかこれが600円のトッピングでいいのかなみたいなところあると思う。
けど個人的にはチキンフリットトッピングはマストだな。と胸打たれました♡まじでトッピングしてくれ
夜も来たいと思っていただけるように。とめちゃくちゃ謙虚でユニークな店主さん、、880円。。やべぇです
アルコールの種類やデザートなんかも豊富でおいしそうだし、
一つ一つが丁寧で
そこに店主さんの「あれしてみたい」「これ楽しそうみたい」なワクワクも詰まっているのを感じて
いっそうまた訪れたいし、これからが楽しみで仕方なくなるお店でした
