たくさんのチーズフォンデュから選べる楽しいお店があるとのことで。予想以上にたくさんあり、目移りしまくりでした。
お店はこぢんまりとした感じで、この日は3組程度でしたが、飲み放題スタートまで5分、お通しまで15分と、何かあったのか忙しそうな雰囲気でした。予約はしておいた方がやさしいかもしれません。
お通しはたまごポテトサラダ。これでとりあえずスパークリングを飲みつつのんびり。
お次はおつまみの盛り合わせ。生ハムとモルタデッラ、ピクルス、カニクリームコロッケ。ワインに合う良き晩酌セットです。
そして、お待ちかねのチーズフォンデュ。さんざん悩みましたが私はトリュフのチーズフォンデュにしました。友人のオニオンチーズフォンデュと食べ比べ。具とチーズはさっくり混ぜる方が、風味が美味しく味わえるらしいです。
可愛いスタンドでお野菜やパンを持ってきて頂けるので楽しいですね。
まず上からポークたくさん、紅芯大根、じゃがいも、ブロッコリー、カリフラワー、ロマネスコ、バゲット、ニョッキ、などのラインナップ。どれもちょうどいい茹で具合です。パスタ付けるのはやったことなかったから覚えておきたいです。
そして〆のリゾット。2人で1種類ということで相談してゴルゴンゾーラリゾットにしました。特有の濃い塩気と香りが、リゾットで少しまろやかになってアツアツでとても美味しかったです。
デザートはチーズケーキ、最後までチーズ尽くし。濃厚〜だけど甘ったるくなくて美味しい。チーズ欲を満たしてくれました。
スタートダッシュがゆっくりでしたけど品数は多くないので、余裕で2時間に収まりました。そういう意味では予定よりのんびりできたかも。
メニューのイラストが可愛くて目移りしてた他のチーズフォンデュも、また今度チャレンジしてみたいです。
