We offer a variety of dishes using seasonal fish. In addition to grilled and boiled fish, we also make fried fish, Tempura, and sake-steamed fish. Among them, "Nokke Sushi", which is offered at all stores, is a popular recommended menu! It's a hearty dish with sea urchin, green onion, salmon roe, and salmon roe all piled on top of the kappamaki. Ingredients that allow you to experience the four seasons change in stock depending on the season, so we recommend pairing them with your favorite alcohol.
