以前、旧店「すずらん」？では食べたことがある記憶で、リニューアルしてメニューが刷新されていた。
味はとても深みとパンチのある煮干し中華で、でもスープ最後までやみつきになる美味しさ。麺やトッピングのバランスも良かった。

濃いめ好きにはおすすめ。（ちょっと塩辛いかもしれないが）最後まで美味しく食べられる。
トッピングのレアなチャーシューや甘めで太いメンマが良いアクセントを加えてくれる。
煮卵は赤橙色で絶妙な半熟具合。
麺がもう少し手打ち感があったら良いのと、だるそうに作っている接客が気になった。
