*Sumi-Japanese Japanese-style meal Kanau S is particular about purchasing the top-ranked Japanese beef of the three major brands, and Ueda Livestock [Tajima Gentaji Tuna], which has won numerous awards at the Kobe Beef Carcass Competition, is shipped directly from the production area. Matsusaka beef is a rare Matsusaka beef that has been fattened for over 32 months and only uses BMS 10 or higher. *Using Kishu Bincho charcoal from Wakayama Prefecture, the logs are placed vertically and grilled over time to lock in the flavor of the meat. Enjoy the aroma and flavor that spreads in your mouth the moment you eat it.
