代々木駅or南新宿駅から歩いて数分のところにあるKINO（キノ）さん。オープンは2023年6月とわりかし最近。
シェフのシェフの木下雄介さんは北海道で腕を磨き、ジビエや魚など北海道産の食材を駆使したフレンチで、ミシュラン北海道版で一つ星を獲得したり（2017年）、ゴ・エ・ミヨにて3トックを獲得したり（2019年～2022年）、食べログ百名点に選ばれたり（2021年）など、とんでもないお方。
食べてみての感想は、上述の数々の受賞の通りでとにかく美味しい。計算され尽くした美味しさ。とりわけ、イカ飯は絶品。2月の中で一番印象的だったmerakiさんを軽く超えちゃった。
ペアリングにおいても、フランスを飛び越え、世界ひいては日本酒とのマリアージュを見事に演出してくれます。
唯一、気がかりなのは集客位でしょう。金曜にお伺いしたのにもかかわらず、空席がチラホラありました。が、この味とペアリング力なら、席が埋まるのもきっと時間の問題かなぁと思っております。
（…ぶっちゃけ、集客においては、マスプロモ（例：TVCM）をショットで数発ぶち込む位で、そこそこリピーター系の客層を一定数取り込めるのではと思ってます。飲食店が安易にInstagramやTiktok、その他SNSで頑張り続けても、単価の低いorリピート率の低い客層しか引っ張れないケースがそこそこあるんで。お店の寿命を考えた際、40代以降をいかに取り込むかがキーファクターだと思ってます。北海道から東京に殴り込んだ当店、せっかくなんでマーケティングにおいても横並び圧力の強い飲食店に風穴開けてほしいと思ってます）
◆お店の雰囲気・外観
カウンター8席、テーブル10席の計18席。おひとり様ですが、今回は2人用のテーブル席に通されました（あいかわらず一人客で申し訳ないと思っております）。店内は私以外に1組ほど。19時過ぎには6～7割ほどの入り。女性のお客さんが多いですね。
キッチンにはシェフともう1人、ホールは1人の計3名でテキパキ回しています。
お忙しそうには見えるものの、お客さんには丁寧に接客、好感が持てますね。
◆料金・価格
9品のディナーコース：17,600円。内訳は「アミューズ、前菜2品、スープ、お魚料理、スペシャリテのイカ飯、お肉料理、デザート２品、お茶菓子、パン、コーヒー又は紅茶」という構成です。ドリンクは今回ハーフのペアリング：7,700円にしました。
価格帯には高くもなく安くもなくという印象です。
