14時半ごろ訪問。カウンター5席、テーブル4卓あります。空席が2~3席の状態が続いていました。昼休憩に入った近隣の飲食店のスタッフさんが多い感じ。プロが選ぶお店なのでしょうか。
券売機で買って厨房に渡すシステム。そば茶と水、卵はセルフサービス。蕎麦湯もセルフなのは系列店と共通です。
肉そばを購入。小~大まで同料金の1050円。大にしました。
5分ほどで声を掛けられ取りに行きます。全面に海苔、ねぎ。肉は下で蕎麦は更に下。
蕎麦がキンキンに冷やされて噛みごたえが増しています。ラー油のパンチは他店よりも強く感じました。チェーンなのでCKである程度作っているにしてもここのが一番美味しいような気がします。
天かすは各テーブルにあります。天かすと卵を入れてちょうどよくなるような設定なのでしょう。
駅から少し距離はあっても同じ食べるならここのを食べたいと思います。
