何やら気になる蘭州ラーメン屋さん。
先日通りかかった時は、ほぼ満席だったので、学生の夏休み期間を狙って訪問しました。
13時頃の到着で先客1名。
作戦成功です。
券売機を見ると他にもメニューがありましたが、蘭州ラーメン（細麺）を注文。
食券を渡す際にパクチーの有無とラー油の量を聞かれたので、ラー油多めにしました。
透き通ったスープに真っ赤なラー油が浮かぶ魅力的な見た目。
スープ自体は、あまり牛骨感はありませんが、すっきりしてます。
ラー油の旨味が程よくて、多めにしてよかったです。
麺は、チュルチュルした気持ちいい食感のストレート麺。
かなりポイント高めです。
時折、混ざるパクチーがアクセントになって、美味しく完食。
また食べたくなる蘭州ラーメンです。
