Food We will serve you with seasonal ingredients, mainly domestically produced.
We use freshly harvested ingredients, including pesticide-free vegetables from Kawada Farm in Mashiko, Tochigi Prefecture, as well as seasonal wild vegetables and fresh fish grown in Japan's four seasons. We stick to simple cooking methods that require as little modification as possible so that you can enjoy the original flavor of the ingredients. Course meals starting from 4,000 yen are prix-fixe style, with a choice of meat or fish, with a focus on vegetables, so you can enjoy it to your liking. Please spend a luxurious time enjoying the seasonal ingredients.

Our store was designed by an independent designer from a famous design firm who designs famous luxury hotels. Although it is inorganic, it is a warm and relaxing space where you can feel nature through the vegetable-dyed curtains that separate the semi-private rooms. We also have round table private rooms for up to 8 people and private rooms for up to 10 people. Please relax in a sophisticated and high-quality space with attention to detail.

Among our wide range of drink menus, including Japanese and Western alcoholic beverages, we are particularly particular about Japanese sake. The owner only selects drinks from all over Japan that he has tasted and found to be delicious. The wine cellar is lined with a lineup of Junmai Daiginjo sake ``Dassai'' and ultra-dry Junmai sake ``Harushika'' that complement the dishes well without interfering with them. It goes great with seasonal fresh fish, so please enjoy it with our specialty sashimi.
