西麻布に店を構える「寿修」さんに伺いました。
ミシュランの星を獲得されています。
アクセスは、東京メトロ銀座線、千代田線、半蔵門線が乗入れている表参道駅・乃木坂駅からともに歩いて10分程です。
外苑西通りから根津公園方面に入った所の白い建物斎田ビル1階です。
入り口のには、小さな和風の庭がポイントになっているおしゃれな外観です。
店内は、落ち着いた色合いの純和風のおしゃれな空間です。
無口な大将は、佐賀県ご出身です。
提供される素材は、地元佐賀県から新鮮な野菜、魚介類、佐賀牛を直送しているそうです。関西風の割烹料理です。
日本酒も佐賀県の希少銘柄を取り揃えています。
お任せコースは、見た目に華やかさはなくシンプルですが、素材の旨味を活かされた奥深い味わいです。
しんじょうのお椀は、こぶ出汁の効いたやさしい味です。
ノドグロの焼き物は、たっぷりと脂が乗っていますが、くどさなどなく良質な逸品です。
家庭的で居心地の良いひと時を過ごしました。
