友人と美味しい和食を探したどり着く
勉強不足ながら2010年に開業され、2012年に星も獲得している名店を今知る
派手さはないけれど、しっかりと美味しい
例えば椀にしてもお出汁は繊細、甘鯛はしっかりと旨味が凝縮されている
香箱ガニ、海老芋、白子、鰆、いくら、旬の食材が実直な技術で生きている
個人的にこの日のベストはイノシシの小鍋
お出汁と九条ネギの融合が蜜で、とても美味しかった
これでこのお値段はコスパが良すぎる。
