Food progressive italian cuisine
A surprising dish that is simple yet ingenious. By using seasonal ingredients and changing the cooking method and tailoring of standard combinations, you can create a completely different look. Advanced Italian cuisine can only be created by drawing on regional cuisine. Our menu only includes selection courses. We will accommodate any allergies, so please let us know in advance.
ChefChef Kazunori Ishihama
Born in Tochigi Prefecture in 1979. Studied under Yukio Ishizaki at Ristorante Lavitae Bella (Nasu Kogen). He worked there for 9 years, becoming the sous chef in the latter half. Moved to Italy in 2011. Worked at Baccalàdivino (Mestre) and Ristorante da Fravioe Fabrizio (Mirano) and returned to Japan in 2012. After working as a chef at several restaurants in Tokyo and elsewhere, he worked at Stessoemagarichic (Hatchobori) and then became the chef at misola.

Lunch is also available as an selection course. It is popular with those who want to enjoy a luxurious meal starting from lunch, and those who find it difficult to come to the restaurant during dinner time.
Drinkrich italian wine
The walk-in wine cellar in the wine shop "SASALA" on the 1st floor has about 200 types of wine in stock and can be brought into misola for a ¥3,000 corkage charge (bringing from outside is not allowed). Over 90% of the wine is Italian. We also carry some French wines such as Champagne. If there is a wine you are looking for, please feel free to contact us.
