以前代々木上原の「sio」でいただいて感動的な美味しさだった朝ごはん定食ですが、現在はこちらでのみの提供。
ずっと行かねばと思っていたのに、この「理想の朝定食」3月末で終わるというので駆け込みでお伺い。
場所はのの青山の二階。イルピノーロと同フロア。
表参道から少し離れていますがその分緑が多くお天気の良い日には気持ちよく過ごせます。
オープンキッチンを囲む形で配されているカウンター席で。
「理想の朝ごはん」右回りに

和牛の肉じゃが
どのお料理をとっても完成度が高く一品一品感動できるレベル。
パリパリの皮を食べるべき銀鮭に野菜や豚肉の旨味が染み出た豚汁。
新鮮な鯵を使ったりゅうきゅうにじゃがいもの形が残っているにも関わらず
牛肉の旨味がしみ込んだ肉じゃが。
ストウブで炊いたごはんは粒が立っていてこれだけでずっと食べられそう、笑。
それなのにご飯が進むお料理が多い上に、追加の卵も素晴らしく。
本当に残念。復活を願います！
ところでなにかと話題になっているこちらのシェフですが、ホテルズはスタッフが素晴らしいので料理もサービスも完璧。
朝ごはんも常時満席だそうです。
4月以降の朝食は洋食になるそうです。
