Since 2016, we have been an official sponsor of the World Heritage Site, Hida Shirakawago Village Office. The store was built over 20 years ago using old materials from old folk houses in Hida Takayama. You can enjoy a space full of elegance that will make you feel as if you are traveling to Hida Takayama.
Food Kaikagetsu Kaiseki course
This is a Kaiseki course that incorporates Hida beef sent directly from Hida Takayama and seasonal ingredients. It can be used for a wide variety of occasions, such as entertaining, dining with friends, and celebrating.
Food Uses A5 Hida beef fresh from the farm.
You can enjoy the Hida beef that our staff personally traveled to Hida Takayama in Gifu Prefecture to purchase. Enjoy grilled Hida beef Sushi, hoba miso grill, or charcoal grill.
DrinkChar bone wine
A flavorful bone sake made by adding hot sake (Okuhida) to fragrantly grilled rock fish and steaming it for a few minutes. The flavor will be even deeper if you drink it once and then add a second round of hot sake. We also offer ``Ayu no Bone Sake'' from June to October.
