水曜の晩、3名で訪問。
個室でコース予約です。
10年ほど前に訪問したことがあったのを
訪問してから気づきました(笑)
部屋は畳張りですが、ローテーブルと座椅子。
これなら腰が痛くなる心配はないですね。
先ずは生ビールで乾杯しコーススタート！
先付けは3種、どれもまずまずのお味。
飛騨牛のサラダは、ネギ塩ドレッシングと
お肉と野菜がとても合いますね。
お刺身は、鯛、マグロ、カツオ、エビ、貝。
どれも新鮮で美味しいです。
そして朴葉に載った飛騨牛が登場！
タップリのキノコと柔らかい肉が味噌と一体に！
とても美味しい一品ですね！
鯛の炊き込みご飯とアオサのみそ汁、
優しい味で美味しかった～！
焼酎のソーダ割りで最後まで美味しくいただきました！
